By signing up to be an affiliate in the Devicemeister Partner Program you agree to bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are a legal agreement between Devicemeister.com, owned by Jens Krämer, Obere Dorfstr. 25, 50829 Cologne, Germany (Devicemeister) and You (Partner). Devicemeister reserves the right to update and change these Terms in the future. Violation of these Terms may result in termination or suspension of your partnership and forfeiture of any outstanding payments of referral fees earned by you during the violation.
You have to provide your legal full name, postal address and email address in order to join the program.
Account sharing is not allowed.
Using this program / referral links for any illegal activity will immediately result in the termination of this contract.
You will be solely responsible for the maintenance of your referral links.
Visitors may only be directed to Devicemeister's website by their explicit clicking on referral links. Techniques like automatic redirection or background loading of referral links are not allowed.
You are free to promote or advertise your own content, containing referral links (like news articles, reviews, blog posts, videos on YouTube or other social media platforms, etc.).
You are not allowed to advertise referral links directly on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, other advertising networks, in email marketing, on forums, etc. Only Devicemeister is allowed to advertise its products on these platforms and to link to the Devicemeister website from placed advertisements.
Devicemeister pays a commission for each successful sale, that was not revoked within the granted 30-day right of return.
The commission per sale is 35% of the net sales value.
Commissions are credited to the partner who first led a customer to Devicemeister's website (First Click Model).
Referral cookies expire after 30 days.
Payouts can be received through PayPal (worldwide) or wire bank transfer (for partners located in the EU/Euro zone).
Payouts are made on a monthly basis.
This Agreement is entered into for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated by you at any time by removing all referral links from your content and notifying Devicemeister about your termination.
Devicemeister’s right to termination remains unaffected by this, in particular in case of violation of these terms. In this case you shall immediately remove all referral links from your content.
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
If any of these Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
